Lemon Dill Yogurt Marinated Chicken


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
