  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


  1. In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, coating evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred (about 10-12 minutes).
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
