  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Sour cream and lime wedges for serving


  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, cilantro, diced jalapeños, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the shrimp mixture until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
