Honey Mustard Glazed Tofu


  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the tofu cubes in the honey mustard mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the marinated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and glazed.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
