  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)



  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. Pour the honey-mustard mixture over the chicken and reduce heat to simmer.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
