  • 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the carrot fries to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Spread the coated carrot fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden and crispy, turning them halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
