Honey Garlic Sesame Glazed Tofu


  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)


  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the tofu cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place marinated tofu on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tofu during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
