Herbed Feta and Olive Bread
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped olives (black or green)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or oregano)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the feta cheese, chopped olives, and fresh herbs to the flour mixture. Stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
