  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the flour and cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add the ice water and pulse until the dough comes together.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to form a circle.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
