  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into slices or cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the tofu pieces with the marinade, ensuring each piece is well covered. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the marinated tofu on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
