  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the Portobello mushrooms in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
