  • 2 cups farro
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
