  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
