Herb and Citrus Marinated Tuna


  • 1 pound fresh tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. In a bowl, mix together parsley, cilantro, lemon zest, orange juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the tuna is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
