  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


  1. In a bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for enhanced flavor.
