  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with harissa paste, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the coated sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy at the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
