  • 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with harissa paste, honey, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
