Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
