Greek Tzatziki Chicken Skewers
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
