Greek Tzatziki Chicken Skewers


  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water


  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for about 5-6 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce and your favorite sides.
