  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
