Ginger Soy Glazed Soba Noodles


  • 200g soba noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the glaze.
  3. In a large pan, sauté broccoli, carrots, and green onions until slightly tender.
  4. Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan and pour the ginger soy glaze over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and toss again.
