Ginger Soy Glazed Quinoa Bowl

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
