Ginger Soy Glazed Mushroom Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add mushrooms to the marinade, toss to coat evenly, and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Thread marinated mushrooms onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes on each side, brushing with remaining marinade while cooking.
- Once mushrooms are tender and slightly charred, remove from heat.
