  • 1 lb snap peas, ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked rice for serving


  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add snap peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to become tender but are still crisp.
  3. Add grated ginger and minced garlic, continue to stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Pour over snap peas and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry and toss until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sliced green onions.
  7. Serve over cooked rice and enjoy!
