Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced ginger, and garlic.
  3. Place chicken wings in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the wings are golden brown, flipping them halfway through and basting with the marinade.
  5. Once cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top for garnish.
