  • 3 large carrots, peeled into ribbons
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
