Ginger Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey

- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
