  • 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, purple cabbage, grated carrots, sliced red bell pepper, chopped cilantro leaves, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: 1/4 cup rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, and 1 clove minced garlic.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
