  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss broccoli florets in the mixture until evenly coated.
