  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cleaned mushrooms, minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preference and toss again.
  4. Spread the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through the cooking time.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve hot as a flavorful side dish or as a topping for pasta, rice, or grilled meats.
