  • 6 ears of fresh corn, husked
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the husked corn on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic herb mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
