  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish lightly.
  2. Pat dry the tilapia fillets and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over each tilapia fillet.
