  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed garden herbs (parsley, chives, basil)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add chopped garden herbs, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Mix gently.
  4. Heat an oven-safe skillet on the stove over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
