Fragrant Lemongrass Pork Skewers
- 2 pounds pork loin, thinly sliced
- 4-5 stalks lemongrass, finely minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
