Cucumber Mint Tzatziki Dip


  • 1 cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
