  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Lime wedges for serving


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In three separate shallow bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
  3. Season each fish fillet with salt and pepper.
