  • 1 pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Gruyère or Swiss)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts until tender. Drain any excess liquid and spread the mixture onto the pie crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the vegetables.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the spinach, artichokes, and cheese in the pie crust.
