  • 300g fettuccine pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Boil the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
