  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
