  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water


  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
