  • 1 pound swordfish steaks
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Place the swordfish steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the swordfish from the marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
