  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
