  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream and lime wedges for serving


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, orange zest, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
