  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream and lime wedges for serving


  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chipotle powder, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
