Chipotle Black Bean Burrito
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, brown rice, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, chipotle pepper, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
