  • 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup chimichurri sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the beef cubes with chimichurri sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and red onion onto the soaked skewers, alternating for a vibrant presentation.
