  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the mango mixture and gently toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
