  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine the diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeños in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper.
