  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and lime zest.
  3. Cut the avocados into slices resembling fries.
