Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or bread slices for serving
- Preheat the oven to 375Â°F (190Â°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained spinach, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
