Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip


  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or bread slices for serving


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine drained spinach, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread slices.
